• Act as lead pricing analyst for Key account ($200+ million annual revenue). Responsible for implementing strategic pricing initiatives, forecasting cost/revenue impacts based on dynamically changing levels of service, and performing routine audits for key pricing materials.• Successfully implemented a complex RFP process for our largest account, encountering unique challenges due to a complete overhaul/segmentation of pricing structure and level of service as requested by the customer.• Create revenue builds and profit and loss reports in order to forecast our costs of business and implement a successful pricing structure to reach desired profit margins after RFP.• Perform analysis of actual versus standard costs in order to adapt to real world cost vulnerabilities and maintain desired profitability.• Frequently collaborate with Sales team in order to strategize and negotiate new pricing structure while remaining competitive within the industry.• Given responsibility to fully manage the pricing functions for two international accounts attributing to $5 million in annual revenue.• Act as the gatekeeper for customer materials/pricing information, and responsible for finalizing RFP deliverables for new tenders and contracts.• High level of regular customer communication to explain and review pricing initiatives, convey the effects of desired changes, reconcile pricing data, and implement new services or content.
