Current• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions and budgets for IT needs and updates• Monitor performance of information technology systems and procedures to determine cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure • Develop and build a clear documentation process for critical IT functions that can be stored, shared, and used as a training tool.• Streamline the server, network and user interface for the Company • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT• Interview, hire and train new employees• Department budget planning for review and approval• Disaster/recovery planning
