CurrentRegional Manager for the EMEA Customer Success Team . Including all Low, Mid and Premier Customer Success Managers . Responsible for driving the growth of the Premier Customer Success offering in EMEA and the growth of Customer Success Globally within Customer Success Management Team. I Support the Sales Teams and we have grown Premier Revenue in EMEA by 50% in FY23/24. Strong Process, and design implementation skills. Strong People Management and Customer Account Management Skills. Responsible for all critical Premier Escalations in EMEA and working with the Executive Team on solving key critical issues by working with our Development/Support/Product Management and Executive Team.Driving the implementation and process design of Gainsight Internally as well as key internal reporting systems.
