Secondly, I worked in the Business Continuity Group where the main focus was on disaster recovery of system services and damage coverage. I created automated tools here as well to help profile our system as well as wrote a detailed Design Proposal for an Expert System which has knowledge of how all our system services are connected and the failover methods.
