Developed/managed integrated marketing communications plan for two target audiences: Homeowners and Industrial Users. Plan included TV, print advertising, sales materials, direct mail, video presentations plus client’s internal communications materials.In addition to developing the communications program, also created Call Center within agency to manage program enrollment - up to 7,500 calls per month. Call Center division became new profit area for agency. Marketing program exceeded client’s enrollment goals for each target audience.
