The description of my work is the same as Countrywide Full Spectrum Lending. However I am only working as a temp employee. To be moved to permanent in the future.

I have 10+ years in the mortgage/finance industry. My last processing position was with Countrywide’s Full Spectrum Lending. After 5 years with Countrywide, I was laid off when my office was shut down. I believe my mortgage operations experience is compatible with any processing, underwriting or closing departments. While my experience does not include much of the VA or FHA programs I am a quick learner and adaptable to new programs and procedures. My title was Sr. Loan Processor when I left Countrywide, however those duties did include some closing prep-work and post-closing duties, as well as low-level underwriting authority.I also performed closings/signings as a notary public for Hearthside Lending Corporation and I am still licensed.
