Design, brew, and oversee all brewery operations for Stats Brewpub, Max's Coal Oven Pizza, and Twin Smokers BBQ in Atlanta

Perform all duties associated to the production of beer through proper use of SOPs, including but not limited to:Brewing – Standard brew house operation, CIP brew house equipment, break down and clean heat exchanger on a monthly basis, staging and milling recipes, follow and adapt recipes to account for changes in raw material, extensive record keeping throughout the operationCellaring – tracking and managing fermentation, pitching yeast, dropping cones, dry hopping, glycol management, transferring, carbonating beer, fermenter and brite tank CIP and sanitationPackaging – packaging in both kegs and bottles, inventory management, and ensure the packaging line and team are working at an efficient pace to keep up with quotas.Management – Ensure safe measures are being used with all personnel in the building, communication with Operations Director for daily updates and changes, problem solving for unforeseen circumstances.Other duties – Represent the brewery at events such as beer festivals, dinners, and hand sells.Certified forklift operator, scissor lift operationsLifting objects weighing 75+ pounds, moving objects weighing 150+ pounds, Shipping and receivingSmall batch brewing for tap room exclusives and educating other employeesActively work to keep a clean and organized work environment
