Managing Rajasthan Cluster cities and end to end responsible for its Portfolio , revenue growth and Profitability. ▪ Maintaining the supply and demand ratio in the cities by maintaining the cost per order of the region. ▪ Designing Campaign and promotional activities as per the allocated budget.▪ Responsible for maintaining high Market share and sourcing competition’s numbers and work accordingly to counter the same.▪ Working extensively with the business analyst team and based on the data interpretation design strategies and work planning every month.▪ 100% ad target achievement of entire zone also comes under my KPI ▪ Ensuring the high NPS ( net promoter score) across the cities and ensuring quality of merchant experience. ▪ Handling the two sales teams of Key accounts( Dominos, Pizza hut ,Subways) and city accounts and responsible for client escalations resolution , profitability and achieving the revenue targets as well.▪ Understanding the process and product gaps and getting them fixed with product and central teams▪ Driving central initiatives and projects across Rajasthan and ensuring desired output as per the timelines▪ Process Development plan to ensure user experience.
