Assuming the role of Senior Resident Engineer for Phase 2 of Bujairi Car Park project.Bujairi Car Park is a stand-alone multi-story car park comprising 1,400 parking spaces in the Bujairi District of the Diriyah Gate Masterplan.  Bujairi Car Park is one of four proposed car parks in the masterplan.The site, located in Riyadh’s Al Bujairi district occupies an area of almost 22,000 m2, and is located on the north side of AlImam Abdul Aziz Ibn Mohamed Ibn Saud Road.  The site is bounded by Wadi Hanifah escarpment to the west, Diriyah Governatebuilding to the east and the cemetery to the north.

Assuming the role of a Chief Resident Engineer leading and managing a professional team for one of the FIFA World Cup (Qatar 2022) projects in Doha. The team was around 60 professional staff members including 3 Resident Engineers along with their different discipline engineers (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and landscaping engineers) and the PM/CM team including Commercial Manager, Programme Manager and Contract Administrator along with their teams.

- Resident Engineer for the Infrastructure works for luxury 300 residential villas at Al Barrari Development Phase 1 at Dubailand;- Carrying out the role of the Engineer's Representative in accordance to FIDIC Conditions of Contract;- Liaise with local authorities including DM, DEWA, RTA & Civil Defense;- Leading a team of 10 professionals carrying out site supervission duties for the Infrastructure works.
