In my role as case manager I was responsible for over 1000 claims of Universal Credit having to monitor each one and apply my knowledge of legislation and Governmental guidelines ensure every claimant received their full eligibility on time. I regularly contacted and liaised with claimants to apply relevant legislation to their personal situation, Other duties within this role include updating and using government databases in accordance with rigid civil service standards and engaging facilitating training activities to upskill my fellow colleagues with my understanding of the Universal Credit system.

I worked in an administrative role for Evolve. While working in this role I performed a variety of duties ranging from sorting and allocating all post in the office, tracking documents using a specialised storage system and handling the email inbox for my department. Further responsibilities I took on during my time in this role included training two other administrators on how to conduct the full range of duties expected of us as well as producing a resource to help in training future administrators. From my time in this role I learnt not only how to work within a fast paced office environment but also to prioritize specific tasks and handle documents in accordance with GDPR regulations.
