I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental and Sustainability Studies, and a Minor in Philosophy. My research interests are microbiology, sustainable business, and food waste trends. My focus in philosophy during my undergraduate education has informed my conservation ethic, and I believe in using the technology and innovation available to us to preserve our natural resources and create a sustainable future for the next generation.
