The UK began accepting Ukrainian nationals fleeing the war from April 2022. This in return created an influx on Refugees in to the borough. Working within a core team based a City Hall, I was involved in managing the day to day running of the Ukraine project along side several external organisation to create effective pathway for refugees into the borough.

• I was deployed into the extremely sensitive and fast pace environment following the aftermath of the Afghanistan events in August 2021. Part of the core team based on site, my involvement includes:
• Provide an effective support service to the Afghan Project teamand across Westminster as a whole
• Provide advice, guidance and programme support activitieswhich contribute to the Council’s strategic objectives andpriorities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and otherstakeholders to deliver the organisations objectives for theAfghan Refugees
• Maintain, develop and review systems, processes andprocedures and manage small projects or contracts to secure acost-effective service.

Assisting the Programme manager on Highway and Public realm projects. In addition, being an integral part of Highways operation and liaising with customers requesting TEMP structures, crane operations and road closures.
