Greetings!!I am Ashalatha N S, pursuing DevOps course at MentorBaba Academy as I am passionate to learn and upgrade my skills for the present and future which is very exciting and interesting technology world.I have 4+ years of total experience in IT Industry.I started my career journey as a System Analyst where I worked on ServiceNow. It is the platform for digital transformation for better organisation growth.Then, I worked as a Software Engineer. I learnt how actually software developers work at the backend. I used JAVA with Spring for the application. Also worked with REST APIs and testing the application manually. Further worked as a Lead for Software & Delivery Services for a small team of 8 in numbers. Working in this role taught me about the project planning, Agile methodology, client handling, creation of reports, Portal management, taking backup of databases.The quality, efficiency and timely mannered work performance made me to work as a Project Manager for Software & Delivery Services where I managed the company assets/products, Reviewing the team work, forecasting the revenues and expenses for the team. Also worked as a Customer-Relationship Manager, briefing and demonstrating about the company products to the customers.
