I write newsletters, and produce a dynamic Youtube series full of vital information about campus services, resources, and student life. - Supports the Academic Services and Student Financial Services departments with administrative tasks, including updates to student records, custom letter writing, exam proctoring, weekly bookkeeping - Student services representative - answers student, staff, and faculty inquiries- Develop and update online content, including the website, and social media channels- Provide research support to the departments

In my receptionist capacity for Coco Paving, my role included receiving and directing phone calls, welcoming and aiding customers, and tasks such as coordinating the Purolator packages and receiving and distributing mail and packages. I also aided the accounts payable department.During the two summers I was employed at Coco Paving, I was an office assistant in the Human Resources, and the Accounts Payable departments. My role included organizing and archiving files, updating account information, and tracking invoices.
