Service Desk Specialist
CurrentProvide information technology (IT) support for US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Provide software, hardware, storage and network connectivity to the divisions assigned to each of INSCOM’s Military Intelligence Brigades and Theater. Address and follow up on requests received in the help desk queue. Investigate incidents, identify, and implement solutions, update and log all requests into the Ticketing System. Document and escalate call tickets to related IT groups for further support. Follow up on resolved requests to ensure customer satisfaction.Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot user workstations, support passive network infrastructure, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot standard and proprietary supported applications.Experience with workstation imaging processes/software.
