I have graduated from three years National Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management (SLITHM) and looking to supplement my income whilst gaining work experience and skills. It is my long-term carrier goal to become a hotel manager. I worked as a Front Office Agent at the Kingsbury Hotel-Colombo and I have previously worked as an intern at Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping Departments in the Hilton Colombo Hotel. I worked as a Front Office Team Leader (Front Office Supervisor) at Amari Galle Sri Lanka.As a Team Leader , my responsibilities included, Handling Entire Front office operation and its responsibilities by overlooking reservations, FIT Bookings, Guests Checking and Checkouts, Overlooking FO cashiering, Petty cash and All cash books controlling, concierge operation, Opera hotel PMS system in FO operation, Night Auditing, Attending to all the guests complains and other related job tasks in the Front office operations. Currently Working as a Front Office Executive at Araliya Unawatuna Beach Resort & Spa Sri Lanka ( since April 2021 to Present) included, Handling Entire Front office operation and its responsibilities by overlooking reservations, FIT Bookings, Guests Checking and Checkouts, Overlooking FO cashiering, Petty cash and All cash books controlling, over looking concierge operation, Night Auditing, Attending to all the guests complains and other related job tasks in the Front office operations.Altogether I have almost five and half years working experiences in five stars hotels I really enjoyed the customer interaction as well as working as a team and I feel I would bring my enthusiasm and energy to the related roles, making me a loyal addition to the team.
