"As General Secretary of the Executive Computer and Software Engineering Students Society (XCSESS) in University, I gained invaluable experience in leadership, event planning, and team management. I played a key role in organizing various events, seminars, and workshops, including industry guest lectures, hackathons, and coding competitions. I also collaborated with faculty members and industry professionals to develop and implement programs that enhanced the academic and professional experience of computer and software engineering students. Through this role, I honed my communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, and developed a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving common goals."
