If you need me, I am likely contacting clients, finding new avenues for the Novum Networks business to grow, connecting with people, dealing with issues as they arise, implementing change, updating systems and lending an ear where it's needed.I am a facilitator of sorts. You cannot define me as purely ‘sales’ nor can you define me as ‘technical’. I know just enough to be dangerous as a technician. But when the scope exceeds my expertise, I have an incredibly talented team I can lean on. When it comes to sales, let’s just say a previous role saw me exceed a budget of $250k profit, by achieving $480k in sales.My skills have placed me in a peculiar Bermuda Triangle zone that glues together technical, sales and genuine human connection. When I am not doing that, you can likely find me working on my side hustle that focuses on the residential market, ASHB Audio Visual. Here I repurpose my skills for a completely different target audience. I also organise video conferencing for boardrooms and am attending to my brood of four children in between.What makes Mondays the best day of the week for me is knowing that Novum Networks is providing meaningful solutions to clients and their end users.
