My experience began as a Clinical Pharmacist, where I provided drug therapy for TB (DOTS), HAART treatment for HIV and AIDS, and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) in antenatal clinics. This foundation led me to roles as a Pharmacy Business Manager, where I drove sales and enhanced service delivery, and as a Pharmacy Operations Manager for nearly ten years, overseeing efficient pharmacy operations and patient care.Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to lead impactful pharmacy programs, such as establishing a HAART focal point center in a maternity hospital, in collaboration with IHVN, to help prevent mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) of HIV and AIDS, enrolling nearly 40 patients in under four months.”Today, I’m leading the implementation of pharmacy value-based care services across community and retail pharmacies, working to elevate care quality and support improved clinical outcomes and revenue growth.As a strategic Pharmacy Manager, I’m dedicated to advancing pharmacy program implementation and ensuring that essential healthcare services reach those who need them.
