About Ashley Carter

Upon Graduation from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with my B.S.E in Chemical Engineering in May 2009, I joined Campbell Soup Company where I was a part of the Manufacturing Operations Leadership Program where I completed three different plant rotations during the program in Project Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Production Supervision over the course of 2.5 years. After completing the program I took on a permanent role as an Industrial Engineer where I supported the plant through the use of lean tools and driving improvement. I started off working in Engine Assembly working on Global Engine Programs, and I completed an 18 month international assignment in Taubate, São Paulo Brazil working as a Process Engineer on the launch of an Engine Program that was completed 2018. After returning to the US, I have continued working as a Manufacturing Process Engineer in the areas of Transmission Case Machining, and Cylinder Block Machining. I have recently started a new assignment working in battery manufacturing.
