Heading projects Delivery for Data Centre Business at Sterling & Wilson Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. As a Head Project, I am responsible for driving strategic plans of action for realizing the revenue growth targets and maximizing profitability by setting up a favorable eco-system for accomplishing the objectives of business growth.  Directly responsible for delivery of all the projects right from inception to successful commissioning and handing over, involved from pre bid stage for working out closely with sales and BD team for understanding contract term & conditions, challenges involved for particular project in terms of local issues/requirements/approvals, specific contract requirements to challenging completion timelines Preparation and tracking of Project schedule and the impact of critical milestones, addressing the red flag ensuring timely action to meet timelines. Execution tracking in sync with project schedule, resources optimization and timely deployment of workforce as per productivity analysis. Active participation in preparation and review of all financial aspects like Cost tracking, billing, receivable, debt, cashflow and profitability  Timely delivery of the project meeting all requisite data uploading as per prescribed format, meeting all T&C goals as per customer global requirement and successful handing over of the projects with utmost satisfaction of customer/end customer.
