All the responsibilities of my previous role as a Software Engineer including the followingUX:- Collaborate with the Product Team, and other departments, to deliver exceptional experiences forusers of our products and processes- Collaborate closely with Design to create robust and consistent user experiences within ourapplications including design systems and patterns- Help implement Design guides and systems.- Design, implement and maintain testing frameworks to test interactions with our products- Translate style guide/design system created by Design into a technical experience that can befollowed by Engineering- Be the principle code reviewer for UX and developer process related application changes- Create roadmaps for how to evolve our UX and the systems that support them- Do technical write ups and present internally/externally on our UX and design processDevelopers:- Work with user developers in the applications to identify pain points and areas of improvement toAPIs and other developers tools within the applications- Work with internal developers of the applications to identify pain points and areas of improvement inour development process- Maintain our public-facing APIs- Help maintain application builds and build processes in collaboration with SRE- Collaborate with Support to enhance and maintain API documentation- Field feedback from the user community to drive roadmap for developer improvementsAccessibility- Be an expert on WCAG compliance and stay up to date with technologies that can aid us in reachingour goals- Monitor changes to web accessibility standards and implement solutions as needed- Establish and share accessibility best practices with teams
