SAUDI ARABIAN MARITIME YARD - FEASIBILITY STUDY Was integral member in feasibility study on a USD 5 bil integrated maritime yard in Saudi Arabia. Key activities included leading commercial negotiations on Key Business Principles & Shareholders’ Agreement with Partners in Dubai, Saudi Arabia & Singapore, presenting project updates to Senior Management; preparing materials to summarise feasibility study & make recommendations to Senior Management & Board. STRATEGY & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT Spearheaded strategic initiative & business outlook reporting from Business Units to Board & Senior Management – created templates, briefed BUs’ personnel, edited reporting material. Conducted environment monitoring – summarized & highlighted key happenings in business environment, potential implications & recommendations to Senior Management.
