As a versatile professional with experience in digital media, community outreach, project management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, I have demonstrated my ability to lead and execute successful campaigns and projects across various industries.As a Digital Political Buyer at Sage Media Planning & Placement, I developed tailored media plans for political and advocacy clients by leveraging my expertise in digital media planning.At The Black Institute, I executed digital-focused campaigns, managed budgets and program plans, and fulfilled deliverables for grant contracts as a Community Organizer. I also spearheaded COVID-19 vaccine outreach with the Interfaith Coalition, engaging 150+ houses of worship from different faiths. As a project manager, I oversaw goals, allocation of resources, collaboration with stakeholders, and direct communication and outreach strategy for five community initiatives.As an FPC Steward at Family Services Inc., I developed and executed Community Outreach initiatives for two youth programs, resulting in a twenty percent increase in youth enrollment and engagement. I also spearheaded DEI initiatives and planning for the organization, resulting in increased diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the facility. As a Manager of over eight Community Outreach programs, I recruited, negotiated, and onboarded six new tenant organizations to the facility, resulting in a 35% increase in community engagement.As Vice President & Committee Liaison of the SUNY Albany Chapter of NAACP, I helped develop educational programs addressing Black Community issues, character development, and resume building for UAlbany and Albany High School students.
