Sprouts Farmers Market relies heavily on the sales of items from the Produce Department. On average the entire store sales are 60% produce. This highly important department was a great fit for me because I could service customer needs, provide advice, samples + knowledge, while maintaining major daily shipments loading/unloading, stocking and organizing a very large, necessary department.

Served 14 managers + 75 employees: bookkeeping, communications, human resourcing, scheduling + payroll, ordering + invoicing, hiring

Managed a local staff team of 5 to serve + recruit for our International Staff in 9 countries through: events, human resources, operations, graphics, special projects, and recruitment of college graduates to Short-Term Missions lasting 2+years.

Conference + Event Planning, branding (website, mailers, brochures, t-shirts, logos, etc.), training packages, special projects, and office operations. Mentoring on the AU Track&Field Team and the AU Women's Softball Team.

Managed 7 staff members and 40+ student volunteers. Trained + mentored 6 student-leaders on a weekly basis through coaching in leaderships, personal development, critical thinking, relationship building/networking, and conducting a large group weekly meeting with 50-75 students regularly attending.

Served a region-wide movement of 6-8 campuses through retreat + event planning, and vision building. Developed interpersonal skills through building relationships + maintaining student-leadership with college students. Assisted in conflict management, weekly event planning and programming. *2010 Co-led a 12 person team of 2 staff and 10 students for 6 weeks of cultural exposure + leadership training on the college campus in Penang, Malaysia.
