Asher is a securities attorney who primarily focuses his practice on the structuring and offering of securities in various types of investment funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, commodity pools, syndications, and startups. His day-to-day practice includes (i) providing legal counsel to the primary and secondary offering of securities, (ii) structuring of companies and investment funds, and (iii) handling compliance-related matters. Asher is deeply interested in banking, finance, and capital markets, and he has to date formed and structured hundreds of distinct offerings worth cumulatively more than $8 billion. Asher navigates clients through the labyrinth of complex federal and state statutory and regulatory schemes in a precise manner to ensure seamless and compliant transactions. Asher brings to the table a diversity of experience and knowledge, is licensed in 7 states, is a published author, has travelled to more than 50 countries across 5 continents, and speaks 4 languages (English, Mandarin Chinese, Malay, and Serbian). Asher has earned American Jurisprudence awards in Statutory Interpretation and International Business Transactions, and he is one of the youngest graduates from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. In addition, Asher is also an amateur triathlete and founder of Team Iēsous, a faith-based triathlon team.
