PICDO, Inc. Exempt Purposes - Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) Charities. RELIEF FOR THE POOR AND THE DISTRESSED: PICDO will provide intelligence and evidence to Law Enforcement agencies to effect justice due to criminals, and mercy for their victims, namely the human trafficking victims used to perpetrate the crimes, and the financial crime victims who have suffered financial and emotional distress as a consequence of the criminal activities. ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OR SCIENCE: PICDO will effect cybercrime disruption through education for law enforcement and financial industry personnel, and individuals through social awareness campaigns. LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT: PICDO will measurably reduce cybercrime instances at scale, through education and cybercrime disruption. Thus, PICDO will significantly reduce the burdens on already overwhelmed cybercrime law enforcement agencies globally. DEFENDING HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS SECURED BY LAW: PICDO will effect the release of existing human trafficking victims, and reduce the demand for new kidnappings by tens of thousands, by relentlessly and systematically disrupting the information and digital infrastructure needed to make boiler-room slave business models profitable, as currently established and maintained by cybercrime syndicates in several lawless jurisdictions.
