We act swiftly, using advanced social engineering techniques and proprietary tools to outmaneuver threat actors, uncover their locations, freeze and seize stolen assets, and ensure justice is served.Our extensive, trust-based global network of law enforcement agents allows us to bypass bureaucratic delays often associated with mutual legal assistance treaties (MLATs). In many cases, we secure victims’ admission as criminal complainants directly within the jurisdiction of the bad actors, eliminating the need for cross-border collaboration requests. This direct approach facilitates arrests, convictions, and recoveries—crucial, as over 97% of the cases we investigate are transnational.I began my career in Australia in the mid-1980s as the youngest investigator with the Australian Telecommunications Commission. Since then, I’ve worked as a licensed private investigator across Australia, the US, and Europe.In 2008, I founded Rexxfield, the world’s first specialty cybercrime private investigation agency. My team and I have since assisted law enforcement agencies globally, including the US Marshals, Secret Service, DHS, FBI, and police in the UK, Israel, South Korea, and UAE. We’ve played key roles in criminal investigations, leading to the identification and conviction of scammers, extortionists, and even murderers. Our efforts have also helped exonerate individuals wrongfully accused of cybercrimes.In 2003, I founded Mile2.com, an IT security training company that became an industry leader. Mile2’s certifications in counter-hacking and digital forensics are recognized by the US Air Force, UN, and various law enforcement agencies. After selling Mile2 in 2008, I focused on expanding Rexxfield, refining our tools to combat cybercrime.I also founded Picdo, Inc., a US 501(c)(3) charity supporting law enforcement by teaching best practices in cybercrime investigations. This initiative reflects our commitment to reducing the burden on government agencies.Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside my team as an expert witness in civil litigation and criminal cases across the UK, US, and Australia.
