Profile bio

About Michael R.

G'day! I specialize in first-response damage mitigation after a cybercrime has occurred. Unlike traditional cybersecurity experts who focus on prevention, my team and I step in after a breach. We act swiftly, using advanced social engineering techniques and proprietary tools to outmaneuver threat actors, uncover their locations, freeze and seize stolen assets, and ensure justice is served. Our extensive, trust-based global network of law enforcement agents allows us to bypass bureaucratic delays often associated with mutual legal assistance treaties (MLATs). In many cases, we secure victims’ admission as criminal complainants directly within the jurisdiction of the bad actors, eliminating the need for cross-border collaboration requests. This direct approach facilitates arrests, convictions, and recoveries—crucial, as over 97% of the cases we investigate are transnational.I began my career in Australia in the mid-1980s as the youngest investigator with the Australian Telecommunications Commission. Since then, I’ve worked as a licensed private investigator across Australia, the US, and Europe. In 2008, I founded Rexxfield, the world’s first specialty cybercrime private investigation agency. My team and I have since assisted law enforcement agencies globally, including the US Marshals, Secret Service, DHS, FBI, and police in the UK, Israel, South Korea, and UAE. We’ve played key roles in criminal investigations, leading to the identification and conviction of scammers, extortionists, and even murderers. Our efforts have also helped exonerate individuals wrongfully accused of cybercrimes. In 2003, I founded Mile2.com, an IT security training company that became an industry leader. Mile2’s certifications in counter-hacking and digital forensics are recognized by the US Air Force, UN, and various law enforcement agencies. After selling Mile2 in 2008, I focused on expanding Rexxfield, refining our tools to combat cybercrime.I also founded Picdo, Inc., a US 501(c)(3) charity supporting law enforcement by teaching best practices in cybercrime investigations. This initiative reflects our commitment to reducing the burden on government agencies.Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside my team as an expert witness in civil litigation and criminal cases across the UK, US, and Australia. Our experience in unmasking bad actors has made us trusted resources in digital forensics and cybersecurity.

Listed skills include Computer Forensics, Information Security, Privacy Law, Network Security, and 31 others.

NexusMyst is a disruption business model that bypasses cumbersome, traditional court-ordered discovery processes. Ergo, NexusMyst can reduce cyber-crime investigation durations by many weeks or months. This is particularly important in exploitation cases, stalking, or other crimes against vulnerable persons.NexusMyst is a Rapid, Digital-crime, Geographic Nexus Acquisition Solution. For over 9-years our team has been contracted globally for criminal investigative support and private investigations, for numerous law enforcement agencies globally, for Internet-based crimes.NexusMyst’s is an elegant but simple solution that addresses the bottom tier of the cybercrime pyramid and identifies jurisdictional accountability. This category is relatively unsophisticated but constitutes the highest volume of reported cybercrime. The sheer number of incidents, when pursued using traditional court-based discovery and investigative procedures, creates an unmanageable law enforcement burden. As a consequence, most of these cybercrimes cannot be adequately investigated or solved. This results in a high level of unsolved cyber-crime which is reflected in the statistics in all jurisdictions. The solution is also very useful in domestic violence, human exploitation, and cyber-harassment cases. NexusMyst can also assist with highly sophisticated crimes with a cyber component.

SAP Acquired our Company in early 2021.In a nutshell, if you can describe an app or solution idea, no matter how insanely complex, it can be built with AppGyver Composer Pro, in a fraction of the time previously taken. You could build a clone of Google's Gsuite, or a complete enterprise solution for a bank with AppGyver; zero code - no joke.
