As an Infrastructure Support professional, I have over 6.5 years of experience in providing support and maintenance for desktop computing environments, hardware, and software. I have worked with various organizations, including UST and Sellcraft Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, where I served as a point of contact for end users and a 1st-level contact for desktop related issues.I have a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from B.S. Abdur Rahman Institute of Science & Technology, University of Madras. I have also acquired core competencies in ITIL, Active Directory, and System Administration, which enable me to diagnose, repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate manner. I am motivated by delivering optimal workstation performance, enhancing user satisfaction, and facilitating IT network operations.
