• Executing pipelines integrity (FFS / RBI) assessments under the supervision of the Asset Integrity Manger and governance of the Chief Discipline Engineer (CDE)• Executing plant / pressurised static assets integrity (FFS / RBI) assessments under the supervision of the Project Manager and governance of the Chief Discipline Engineer (CDE).• Providing guidance to a team of young engineers on assets FFS and RBI.• Should be able to produce hand calculations as and when required.• Producing high quality deliverables as part of the project.• Be competent to check and QAQC calculations and reports produced by other engineers related to assets FFS / RBI.• Interact with Quality Assurance for quality issues; strictly ensure compliance with Company’s Quality procedures.• Interface and provide clarification, guidance and technical support to the client on on-going projects.• Interface and identify scope of work while discussing client’s integrity related problems and how Penspen can help theirneeds (business development role)• Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management System must be implemented within the area of operation as perthe company approved procedures and ISO Standards.

- Performing RBI studies in accordance with Oil & Gas industry international standards, namely the API-RBI 581 methodology, drafting corrosion circuiting and Integrity Operating Windows (IOW), and developing inspection plans in compliance with systems requirements;- Assembling the results of history of inspections of Process Static Equipment and Plant Piping, uploading and updating the inspection database, and establish reviewed inspection schedules for future inspections, based on defined acceptable risk levels and adopted RBI methodology- Evaluating assets information & data to determine hazards, degradation mechanisms and risk mitigation;- Developing of risk based assessment, probabilities and consequences of failure calculations, with strong knowledge of interpreting the data and collection.- Preparing and taking participation in RBI wrap-up workshops under the coordination of designated RBI Team Leaders or RBI Technical Coordinators for respective RBI Studies;- Preparing the detailed RBI reports according to defined models;- Readiness to work proficiently across different industry RBI platforms or software (e.g. E2G, S-RBI, MERIDIUM RBI, or similar).

- Attending pre-tendering / job explanation meetings.- Preparation of Technical and Commercial proposals after evaluating RFQs and SOW.- Coordinate with client’s project team and ensure that project activities are carried out in anefficient and timely manner.- Manage the man power utilization and take care of the cost effectiveness of the projects.- Manage a team of engineers and technical support staff working on different integrity assessment projects.- Development of corrosion loops as per API RP 580, 581 and SAEP-343.- Identification of potential damage mechanisms in accordance with API 571 and SABP-A-033.- Development of inventory groups per API RP 580, 581 and SAEP-343.- Recommend corrosion monitoring and corrosion control strategies.- Development of Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs).- Development of Inspection Plans.- Analysis of inspection and process data.- Improvement of current inspection approach, strategy and frequency- RBI assessment in RBI Software products.- Development of Corrosion Management Program (CMP).- Preparation of RBI assessment reports.- Preparation of OSI optimization reports.- Preparation of KPIs and CMP dashboard.- Preparation of Corrosion Control Document (CCD).- Presentation of the project's progress to clients in progress review meetings and workshops.- Cost benefit / financial benefit analysis while using RBI assessment results.- Training of client personnel for the RBI orientation Conducting interview while hiring the new technical staff.- Business development activities including presenting of the asset integrity services and software solutions.
