  Job Responsibilities:Responsible for entire Receivables / Credit Control / Collections:Job Responsibilities include:•Setting up of collection targets to the collectors•To follow-up and arrange for timely collection of all receivables & street sales. •To ensure the dispatch of invoices to customers in a timely manner•Liaising with customers for confirming the receipt of invoices, tracking of acknowledgements, reminding due date, pushing for prompt payment etc.•To ensure timely & correct matching of payments with the invoices.•Periodical meeting with customers & collectors for the smooth operation.•To act & resolve any discrepancies with the customers.•To support maintenance of customer database in the system.•Ensure that bad debts are minimized by timely collections.•Handling Major customers like Spinneys, Carrefour, ADNOC, Emarat, Lulu Hyper Market, Choithram Super Market etc.•To ensure reconciliations with customers at least twice a year•Reporting to Dy. Director - Finance on the daily & monthly collection report•To perform any other task assigned by supervisor.•Preparation of annual debtors Confirmation Letter and follow up.•Follow up with legal department regarding the cases of the company relating to payment issue.•Creation of customer account after follow up on the credit application and agreement.•Handling the subscriptions of Ministries and Embassies.•Handled the special projects like ITP data mining, Motivate Receivables, Subscription campaign follow up Carrefour.
