Working with UHS Digital to market and further develop My Medical Record - an online application giving patients of University Hospital Southampton access to information about their healthcare. By identifying opportunities for internal and external promotion, I provided strategic advice and support to the project team, created a new suite of assets, and boosted staff advocacy for the platform.

Using specialist creative communication skills to empower change, I worked with hardworking teams across England and Wales to share news, updates and stories of success from within the Criminal Justice System. Working closely with teams across cyber security, diversity and inclusion, and digital innovations, I lead on national internal communication projects, gathering audience insight and wider feedback to inform all activity. During this time, I revamped the internal publication - CPS News - to boost its readership, embed a more effective production process, and deliver a more accessible communications channel.

In a voluntary role, I updated the local Green Party website and managed their social media presence as well as identifying press opportunities and engaging with media representatives. I also provided graphic design, photography and videography services.

As part of an 80-hour voluntary internship, I represented a website that recognises the best of Cheltenham's businesses. I was in charge of corresponding with and collating details onto an easily accessible section of the website.
