1.Preparation and Submittal of on time good quality and error free Techno-Commercial proposals to outside sales/Customers2.Review complete customer enquiry of technical and commercial specifications. 3.Responsible for accurate sizing, design selection and error free proposal preparation. 4.Handling technical and commercial queries from customer. 5.Co-ordinates with customers,outside sales,sale representatives to convince customers of the value addition on purchasing the solution offered.6.Assist the outside sales to close orders and achieve sales target at optimum acceptable margins.7.Assists PMs in resolving technical issues during post order stage.

1.Review of customer and or tender documents and identify the requirements.2.Discussion via Operations Director, Engineering Director, and Production Director as required on enquiries of critical nature or totally new products, about do-abilities, chassis suitability's/PTO requirements, delivery schedules, etc. as applicable prior to estimation process.3. Source out of new items / parts for the development and upgrade of existing products4. Preparing Commercial offers, and Technical specs for the tenders/Enquiries based on Client requirement5. Engage in Research and development works in order to cover the market demand w.r.t latest technologies6. Participate in Kick off meeting for the order received projects and give guidance to the Design and Production Department regarding the selection of Equipment and Accessories.7. Analyzing Project Consumption Reports from the Production department and update the Costing sheets which is used as reference for future costing
