 Monitor all aspects of store operations. Team handling. (10 Staff) Manage selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimise and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the store. Ensure that the operational store costs are well within budgeted parameters at all times. Oversee implementation of company policy and SOPs across all stores.  Ensure sufficient stock of fast moving merchandise to minimize chances of stock outs. Manage cash and billing systems in accordance with company procedures and policies. Ensure that the store staff is well trained on soft skills, selling skills, product knowledge. Ensure that training calendars catering to the store staff are implemented and delivered as per the plan. Ensure that the store staffs are fully informed on matters relating to products, pricing, marketing schemes etc. Conduct daily store staff meetings, briefings etc. Continually take feedback from the store staff to build relationships and high morale. Responsible for the implementation of marketing schemes and promotions as per the promotions events calendar. Check the readiness of stock levels prior to commencement of such promotional events. Responsible for high levels of customer service. Work with customers to identify client needs and solutions.
