SAP Business one implementation

Responsible for ERP Projects from System Requirement Study till Solution Sign off.• Study of the Customer Business Requirement and Functional Flow.• Documentation of the Customer requirement and Analyze the Gap points in the Projects.• Co-ordinating with the Programmer for GAP Points• End user training.• Trouble shooting the problems faced by the customers.• Reporting the Problems in Error Tracker and getting the solution. Meantime an alternate solution providing to the customer.• Preparing various reports required to the management like Daily Calls Reports.Managed Database and Implementation of new requirements in Software
