Serving as a Senior Sales Executive at RANCON MOTOR BIKES LTD, my professional journey has been marked by notable achievements. I took on the responsibility of overseeing RMBL's flagship showroom during its inaugural phase, subsequently assuming the role of Territory Manager across key regions, including Comilla, Feni, Laxmipur, Noakhali, Narsingdi, Kishorgonj, and B.Baria.As I progressed further in my career, I transitioned into the role of Area Manager. Initially, I spearheaded operations in the Barishal Area for a designated period before assuming responsibility for the Comilla Area. A pivotal accomplishment during my tenure was elevating Suzuki to the position of market leader in the Comilla Area in 2023. This achievement underscored my ability to drive market growth and establish strong brand presence.Beyond sales, my responsibilities extended to recruiting new dealers, strategically expanding market reach, and providing comprehensive training to empower dealers to effectively penetrate their local markets. My approach to dealer development emphasized building strong, lasting relationships and fostering a collaborative environment where dealers could thrive and achieve their business goals.In July 2024, I joined Royal Enfield (Ifad Motors Ltd) as an Assistant Manager. In this role, I am currently focused on extending the dealer network and development. My goal is to ensure that our dealers are well-equipped to represent the brand and meet the needs of our customers.
