Duties and Responsibilities1) Coordinate and lead a team of 15 service engineers and give technical support regarding equipment Installation/maintenance/Servicing sold by the company all over the country. 2) Communicate, handle foreign delegates from international companies directly in person or via mail regarding sales and after sales service issues.3) Troubleshooting the problems and also maintain liaison with service engineers to develop engineering plans.4) Manage training sessions for the service engineers to develop and ensure proper learning for sales and after sales service.5) Manage clients and service engineers about their daily operations, restrictions and mitigate their issues by strategic intervention.6) Actively monitoring after sales service and maintain report of service contract and also Prepare & ensure: LC documents, quotation,
