ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES.• Handled end to end recruitment.• Sourced candidates using various methods including referrals, networking, internal database, online searches and internet postings.• Sourced resumes against profile requirements and matching them against the specifications.• Assessing candidates through the preliminary interviews.• Briefing the candidates about job profile, organization etc.• Scheduling the interview of short listed candidates.• Follow up on the interview status and updating the candidates on the same.• Negotiating on the negotiation package and joining date and constant coordination till the candidate is on board.• Develop a pool of qualified candidates for future requirements.• Creating and maintaining MIS.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES.• Taking up face to face interviews for internal hiring.• Coordinating with “Naukri.com” HR to help in conducting Naukri portal sessions for new joinees.• Providing training to new joiners about our organization, policies, job portals etc.
