I am a proficient learner currently pursuing my MS in Computer Science at University of Southern California. I have taken Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Web Technologies, Analysis of Algorithms, Database Systems and Software economics at USC. Prior to this, I have worked as an Analyst at KPMG, India.At KPMG, I was part of the Cybersecurity team helping detect and remove system vulnerabilities and designing robust security policies. I have also undergone a thorough process for a national cyber security workshop where I got hands-on experience with real-world security breaches along with effective methods of dealing with them. I interned at the Internet of Things(IoT) division of Honeywell Technology Solutions. The IoT division developed sensors to monitor and optimise the energy utilisation of office complexes. My responsibilities included fetching real-time energy usage data and creating a dashboard with actionable insights. I also took part in hackathons at Honeywell which allowed me to assess myself under pressure. I have experience in web and software development with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, nodeJS, ReactJS and different programming languages/frameworks like Python, Java, Spark and C++. I love to design and build products that solve challenging problems with careful design, planning and engineering principles.
