Responsible for Brightcove VideoCloud platform that support content ingestion, transcoding, metadata management, video delivery (Live and VOD), playback, content security and deep insights. Brightcove Video Cloud delivers your content across every screen your audiences use. With tools for monetization, marketing, live streaming, encoding, analytics, and more, Video Cloud gives you what you need in a single video platform.As part of the Product Leadership team my role includes establishing product vision & strategy for target market segments, establish short and long term roadmap, enable go to market activities, prioritize cross product features, manage vendors and third party integrations. I closely work with Customer Success and Sales organization to ensure customers and prospects get the most accurate understanding of the platform and are successful using it for their business needs.I have a team of Product Managers who work in an agile fashion with continuous planning and delivery of roadmap to provide value to our customer base.

Own FOUR major product lines within Irdeto MultiScreen division that delivers TV Everywhere solutions to OTT and Pay TV operators across the globe. Define product roadmap for these products aligned with the company’s business goal. Follow Scrum/Agile methodology to lead three fully funded scrum team in delivering .NET, LAMP and JAVA based products to internal and external stakeholders on time as per release contract. Perform competitor analysis, review market trends and customer requirements to create backlog of enhancements for each product line. Define business requirement for each enhancement and prioritize the backlog based on ROI and customer SLA.
