Jobs & Responsibilities:Visiting all client sites every months and ensuring smooth operations and hundred percent client satisfaction and also resolving the employee’s grievances.Coordinating with field officers for deploying HK staff to the new sites and for replacement. Ensuring and planning for full man power presence especially in festive seasons.Checking of daily reports of operations staff and monitoring the shortage of man power.To ensure the timely collection of attendances from the sites & submission of invoices to all the clients as per the approved attendance.To ensure proper deployment of relievers where ever shortage / absent, to avoid revenue loss for the company.Maintaining cash book of imprest and salary and submitting to GM, Accounts and Finance at Gurgaon along with cash vouchers, wage sheets and other pertinent documents.Procuring materials and various equipment’s for all the locations and processing vendors’ bills and follow up for their payment from H.O.Periodical / surprise visit to the sites and taking feedback from the clients and also auditing the sites and ensuring for improvement of the site in all the manners.Training given to Supervisors and Housekeepers on economic usage of Housekeeping chemical and consumables. And organizing briefing on machineries too for best usage and taking care of company assets.Organizing briefing and training for Housekeepers, Supervisors, Pantry boys, Office boys and all other Categories of staff for various sites on their daily activities. Also briefing on weekly, fortnightly and monthly schedule.Taking daily report of manpower and ensuring the full manpower deployment at client place without any compromise.Taking care of south operations. Deployment of full man power at sites. Ensure hundred percent replacement, if any shortage. Ensure smooth operations in all the respects and make the client pleased.
