Key Responsibilities – Operational Excellence• Facilitating brainstorming sessions to identify improvement areas (through War Room sessions, regular meetings with customer and Sr. Management), support measuring improvements and quantification of savings.• Leading and facilitating LEAN projects for successful completion of goals.• Analyzing the test result and pre & post defects and providing analytical support to reduce them.• Driving various quality initiatives to increase the Lean and Six Sigma penetration in the business.• Conducting training session on various Lean and basic quality tools to increase awareness and help them to suggest process level improvements. (Like FMEA, Corrective and Preventive Action, Forecasting, Scheduling and Rostering)• Enhance IMIB (Online Kaizen submission tool) penetration, associate engagement & quality of ideasKey Responsibilities – Process Automation• Initiate the process automation projects by defining scope, timeline, solution and resources with stakeholder• Review of project plan and monitor the milestone on regular interval to ensure meeting the commitments, impact analysis incase of missing the timeline to the stakeholder and steering committee.• Review the change request and effort estimation to set the appropriate project closure timelines.• Selection of projects based on the ROI and skillset availability in the team• Tracking project pipeline to ensure consistently achieving the ROI• Monitor the issue logs during UAT and post UAT based on which improve the quality of solution• Agreed and signed off SLA (Service Level Agreement) post the closure of the project • Review audit observations (code review and project life cycle) and closure of the same as per timelines committed• Project walk through with Sr. Management during various phases of the projects.
