As a part of my course, I did 45 days paid internship at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in the Marketing department where I gathered an understanding of:- how a hotel works and how the bookings are made and processed in a hotel.- how hotel staff communicates and helps the guests with their need.- how to use the Opera software to create, edit and replace bookings.- how to work together as a team.- how different sections of the hotel work together and communicate effectively and efficiently.
