I am at heart an innovator, a teacher and an entrepreneur. Having worked in Sales & Marketing for about 18 years, a desire to connect with my true self, and tackle problems more acutely impacting people than the ones I was handling in my work, led me to setup my own EdTech company in the skills and education space, a field I am immensely attracted to. Beyond two ventures of my own, one successful and the other one not so, I have worked (and currently do) on product design of an innovative product trying to solve the problem of suboptimal and unintelligent planning and decisioning in the supply chain space. I enjoy working in diffused environments where the challenge of drawing out the most beautiful solution excites me. Along with the design thinking mindset, a habit of customer orientation borne out of the Sales and Marketing roles, and business experience, helps me in solving problems. I continue to be a learner as well as a practitioner of the art and science of creativity, innovation and human centered tools for the purpose such as Design Thinking, TRIZ, SIT, etc. I am interested in exploring opportunities to apply the best practices of these for impactful work in different areas.
