During my time at Velavan, I managed to put together a riding group called V11 Royal Enfield Riding club, and conducted rides and safety awareness rallies which consisted the existing customers as well as potential customers, by doing so, Increased sales across the board ( Motorcycles, Performance Parts and Riding Gears ) by 35%.I also managed Velavan’s online presenceMy responsibilities included pre-delivery inspections of motorcycles before being delivered to customers, I made sure all the check points are checked, Incase of any issue, I made sure it’s rectified and tested before delivery there by increasing customer satisfaction.
