I'm having 12+ years of software development experience in developing enterprise level web & windows-based applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET).Presently working with EXL Service Canada, Inc. and my responsibilities includes:• Actual core implementation (programming/coding which is often the most important portion of software development).• Requirement Analysis. Analyze new requirements coming from clients and analyze the current system (applications) to see if these requirements can fit in with the current system.• Converting project specifications, functional requirements, and statements of problems into detailed logical flow charts for coding/implementation.• Reviewing code & SOP for product delivery to ensure quality.• Defining/supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers.• Participation in software release and post-release activities, including support for product launch evangelism.• Maintenance of software product and production support. Resolving production incidents.• Developing and design enhancements and modifications as needed.• Providing infrastructure with all specifications for hosting clients.• Automating and scheduling the processes for daily cycles using the ActiveBatch tool.
