•Majorly responsible for handling multiple requirements from Direct Client like GE Capital-GEHC, GE Transportation ,National Broadcasting Company (NBC), GE Aviation, Rhodia , Kaiser Permanente, Unicare etc.•Negotiating offer with consultants.•Establish and maintained professional relationships with candidates.•Pre-screening skill sets of candidates mapping with requirement and ability.•Scheduling and arranging for the interviews of the consultants with the client.

•Sourcing the match with the help of portals (Dice, Monster, Career builder, Corp-to-Corp and some free sites etc), vendors, internal database and other references.•Working on Job Description as per the requirement•Short listing of resumes for screening the consultants.•Telephonic interacting with candidates and judging him as per candidates resume and technical requirement•Submission of consultant profile to client side after all kind of confirmation and acknowledgement •Interacting with the Consultants and taking regular feedback from Recruitment Manager and updating consultants accordingly.•Maintenance of monthly and weekly reports of quality of submission and follow-ups.•Managing working hours in such a manner in which I can obtain maximum productivity.•Achieving submission targets and closure targets on weekly and monthly basis.Responsible of the business till closure with tracking the candidate on joining status
