Responsibilities: • Design, develop & implement promotional programs & Customer bar tools by applying & transforming Brand Operation strategies & creating impactful. • Manage promotional program performance and constantly share & apply learning's & best practices in order to continuously enhance promotional programming • Develop and enhance program development phase process to ensure key programming & program delivery dates are met. • Develop and manage annual Customer Brand Operation budget through continuous monitoring to ensure effective spending leading to increased volume and Brand momentum. • Develops & implements the utilization and exploitation of Operation Assets within brand programming. Provided Operation Supports activity: • Develop and implement strategic plans with a view on the long term objectives. Develop & govern the trade calendar while acting as the internal gatekeeper for all programs prior to market implementation adjusting to complex market dynamics that meets volume targets and does not exceed sales capacity. • Evaluation of infield executions & seek out Brand - based Customer insights & expertise's via research, key account meetings & sales feedback which will influence the development & execution of new, winning trade activities. • Evaluates Brand data & develop selling stories & integrated selling tools for the Brand and ensures Field Sale teams are provided with Brand insights & competitive knowledge. • Documenting inward material by making SRV, challan and Invoice. Maintaining stock inward documents form other company WH/ location. • Stock out procedure i.e. making of SIV / Delivery challan and getting acknowledgement from receiver.Making entry in Stock register.
