In this experience, I am fully involved with, New model development and size Optimization , new SPM machine installation and testing for glass cutting and grinding, basic training of ROBOT operating , and Responsible for process parameters setting and optimizing, Provide training to team members for about process setting, Ensuring Daily basis plan Vs. Actual as per target, Problem solving & taking counter measure,Verification all Quality parameters of glass, Manpower Handling and deployment according to their skill set, Daily Basis Red bin Analysis and taking countermeasure, Daily Consumable tracking and Cost monitoring , Machine wise Process KPI monitoring and Action plan , Skill matrix update line wise and provide training as per plan , Continuously working towards Quality & Productivity improvement through Kaizen Activities andShop floor management , cycle time and job change time study.
