- HR Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from HR data, including employee demographics, employees average tenure periods, performance metrics, employees cost, and talent acquisition data. Identify patterns, trends, and correlations to provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.- Responsible for handling various teams with over 350 employees, and helping in addressing queries & grievances and managing escalations.- Responsible for AMS (Attendance management system) and payroll of the employees.- HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain data gatherings HR metrics and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR initiatives, such as employee retention, attrition rate, RAG analysis, diversity and inclusion, and training and development. - Workforce Planning: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to analyze workforce data, including headcount, succession planning, talent pipelines, and skills gaps. Translate data insights into actionable workforce planning strategies that align with organizational goals and future needs.- Prepare and present regular reports to HR and business leaders to inform decision-making.- HR Strategy Alignment: Work closely with HR Business Partners to align data analytics initiatives with broader HR strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations on areas such as talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation and benefits.- Responsible for maintaining and updating employee database.- Support various internal stakeholders such as HR Operations and Payroll.- Coordination with TA and training team for monthly updates.- Coordination and management for town halls and RnR programs- Vendor management
